I am not normally one to reply to a thread like this, however some of the replies in this thread are toxic, and or down right wrong. One thing to remember is that anyone who comments on the internet is exactly what you would think. Just some random internet person who thinks they know everything about everything. As far as cameras, the ubiquiti cameras work great. Are they the number one rated, omg everyone has to have them? No. However lots of security companies actually do use them, counter to what the know it all above said. Also as for blue iris, they are a video recording software that is trying to do pretty much everything. The one thing I think I could say about blueiris is it supports the most cameras (including cheap chinese cameras) that I have seen. This has its pluses and minuses.
